Why Aerosol?

Aerosol fire extinguishing agents are a type of gaseous colloidal mixture created through physical or chemical means (particle size of 10-5 μm to 10-1 μm). Compared to traditional fire extinguishing agents, they have improved fluidity, longer time in suspension, a larger surface area, and a greater ability to capture free radicals. Research shows that the fire extinguishing efficiency of dry powder and water mist increases with the decrease of particle size and increase of surface area. The future of fire extinguishing agent research and development lies in the nano micronization of agents and their existence in aerosol form.

Environment Friendly

The environmental impact of a fire extinguishing agent is evaluated based on three indicators: its effect on the ozone layer, its contribution to the greenhouse effect, and the length of time it stays in the atmosphere. In a mouse toxicity test, no obvious toxic reaction was found after mice were exposed to 60 g/m3 and 100 g/m3 of the aerosol fire extinguishing agent smoke for 24 hours.
